VTK 120SI Terminal Box / Mounting Column for the Heating of Pipelines and Containers |
The terminal box is mounted on a column that can be fixed with a tension band on a pipe or on a container. The mounting column has a height which guarantees that the terminal box is situated above the insulating layer.
The advantage of this method is that the electric connections can be carried out after the heating tape is installed and after the insulation of the tubes is completed.
Up to three heating tapes (HBRC / HBRT) or heating cables (HKSI / HKPT) can be led through the column into the terminal box.
