Heating hoses are flexible heated components. They are made of standardized, components according to customer's requirements.
Selection criteria for an appropriate heating hose:
Medium-transporting inner hose:
- nominal width
- pressure load
- operating temperature
Appropriate armatures:
- type
- material
Built-in temperature sensors:
- thermocouples
- Pt 100
- thermoswitches
Special ambient conditions:
- mechanical stress
- usage in hazardous locations
Heating hoses must be used in combination with a temperature regulator.
